Note:(this is just a TINY selection of some good journals to get you started) Reference requirement and turnitin: Harvard style referencing, Websites, media reports, academic sources and empirical information are all useful sources. However; Minimum 12 academic reference including 6 peer-reviewed journal articles. This paper will be checked by turnitin, so report need proper paraphrasing and no plagiarism, I want the turnitin similarity rate under 10 percent. Report Guidance: 1.corporate governance is what you should cover and what is important is that you look at a sector or industry (eg finance, resources, telecoms, IT, food, automotive) not just a case analysis of one business. 2.This is a report that needs to include some THEORETICAL analysis or framework, and analysis of PRACTICE. 3.Websites, media reports, academic sources and empirical information are all useful sources. 4.Some INTERNATIONAL analysis may be relevant, HISTORICAL analysis can be useful, and looking to the FUTURE (but not in every report!)
